This is the ruleset of Shyre Network.
Severity 1 - Will result in a mute for 2 hours. Subject to change as we see fit.
| Offense | Description |
| Innapropriate Language / Filter Bypass | Using innapropriate language, targated towards a player. |
| General Rudeness | Insulting someone, name calling, hate, etc. |
| Chat Trolling | Intentionly making people upset by posting controversial content, for fun. |
| Spam | Spamming text, emojis, links, etc. |
| Advertisment | Advertising things such as Discord, Youtube, Twitch, etc. |
Severity 2 - Will result in a mute for 7 days. Subject to change as we see fit.
| Offense | Description |
| Excessive Rudeness | Excessivley harrasing a player with a malicious intent. This includes the resons for General Rudeness stated above. |
| Adversising another Minecraft server | Sending the IP for another server or attempting to recruit players. |
| Impersonating staff | Claiming to be a staff member. (Won't punish if its an obvious joke) |
| Discrimination (racism, homophobia, etc) | Insulting players because of their race, sexuality, beliefs, etc. |
Severity 3 - Will result in a permanent mute. Subject to change as we see fit.
| Offense | Description |
| Serious threats | Excessive serious threats towards a player such as Death Threats (IRL), DOX threats, DDOS threats (on the server or a person), etc. |
| Dangerous Links | Posting harmful links such as IP grabbers, Pornographic sites, Scam sites, etc. |
| Scamming / Unapproved transactions | Scamming a member for real money or buying things not from our definently open store for in game items. |
Severity 1 - Will result in a ban for 7 days. Subject to change as we see fit.
| Offense | Description |
| General Cheating | Using a client/mod that is intended to give yourself an in-game advantage. (Doesn't affect PVP or movement, but affects general playage of the game) This includes but is not limited to Macros, Radar/ESP, Fast eat, No-fall, Texture packs like X-Ray, etc. |
| Trolling | Intentionally ruining someones experience or not playing the game how its meant to be played and just being excessively annoying over and over. |
| Exploiting | Abusing a bug, glitch, map issue, to gain an in game advantage over other players in an attempt to break the game. |
| Teaming, Cross Teaming | Teaming with players in a solo gamemode, or cross teaming in a team game game mode (if we get one) |
| Stream sniping | Targeting streamers, and attempting to disrupt their stream. |
| PVP (SMP Only) | No killing someone "just because" or "because i felt like it", but you are permitted to kill whoever you would like, just dont be anarchic with this rule or we may have to change it. |
| Griefing (SMP Only) | Griefing is not permitted. This includes breaking blocks, placing blocks, and stealing items in an obviously claimed area. No intentional Creeper/TNT explosions. |
Severity 2 - Will result in a ban for 30 days. Subject to change as we see fit.

| Excessive Cheating

Using a client/mod that is not listed on our approved mods list. (Any form of PVP or Movement related cheat) This includes but is not limited to Killaura, Forcefield, Reach, Aimbot, Fly, Speed, Jetpack, etc. |
| AFKing | AFKing IS permitted as long as there is no use of glitches/bugs, 3rd party software, hardware, or objects such as tape, rocks, etc. on your keyboard/mouse. |
Severity 3 - Will result in a permanent ban.
Offence Measures:
[S1] Severity 1 - Warn
[S2] Severity 2 - 5 Minute Mute
[S3] Severity 3 - 30 Minute Mute (3 warns)
[S4] Severity 4 - 1 Hour Mute (10 warns)
[S5] Severity 5 - Perma Ban
